Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of working experience with Java and Web technologies
- Expert Java/J2EE knowledge (JSP, Servlets, JDBC, JMS, Web services)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Strong sense of interface design for usability and great user experience
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Experience with Linux a plus

Responsibilities
- Produce great looking and highly functional user interfaces for Web and mobile using XHTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Integrate front-end UI code with JSP based application logic.
- Participate in full product life-cycle starting from analyzing user data and behavior, gathering requirements, creating wireframes and/or prototypes to implementation.
- Work closely with engineers, product managers and other stake holders on new features and extending existing experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of working experience with web and/or mobile user interface design.

- Working experience with usability testing a plus.

- Monitor user behavior and impact of product releases, pricing changes, advertising placements and community changes on that behavior.
- Develop financial models and templates for evaluating projects.
- Define and track key performance indicators for the business and report those KPIs to stakeholders regularly. Provide ad-hoc research and reports to stakeholders upon request.
- Accumulate information required to measure the lifetime value of users and average revenue per user, track changes and identify trends in those metrics.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and assist in the preparation of presentations on Mocospace's competitive position.
Requirements
- Excellent understanding of data modeling, regression analysis, statistical techniques and dealing with complex data sets.
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered, reconcile conflicts and distinguish general patterns from underlying noise.
- Must have database programming skills for querying data from existing SQL databases (postgres).
- Experience with Excel and/or other tools for visualizing reports.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PHP for report generation is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills.
- Experience in a high-volume web environment desired.
- Experience in a fast paced start-up environment is a plus.
- Bachelor's in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
Director / Vice President of Ad Sales

The Director / Vice President of Ad Sales reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for
selling MocoSpace's large amount of mobile and Web ad inventory. The primary responsibility
of this position is to drive revenue by selling mobile ad solutions to top-tier brand
advertisers and interactive agencies. You'll also promote and manage senior-level
relationships to ensure that your customers' needs and requirements are met.
This is a high-adrenaline, client-facing sales role requiring deep Internet expertise,
proven sales ability with a particular penchant for closing deals, and a broad base of
industry contacts. You think strategically, anticipate how decisions are made and
understand the details of individual campaigns, and you will persistently explore and
uncover the business needs of your key clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead MocoSpace ad sales efforts, set sales quotas, track progress, create and execute revenue strategies, account planning and business processes for key accounts.
- Promote MocoSpace throughout the industry with clients and agencies at events, conventions and seminars.
- Develop sales collateral and case studies with marketing.
Skills / Experience
- BA/BS degree required.
- Significant and progressive work experience in Internet advertising sales, marketing or consulting, with experience working with or at agencies.
- Significant experience working at or with online publisher businesses, and familiarity with online ad sales tools preferred.
- Superior business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Superior people influencing skills are an absolute requirement.
- Strong knowledge of audience-based, consultative selling plus in-depth knowledge of the interactive media business and its competitive landscape.
